We want you to be completely satisfied with your Blood Records purchase; if your vinyl or merchandise arrives damaged or defective, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging and shrink-wrap to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Authorization.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the record in its original mailer or a sturdy equivalent to prevent any further damage during transit.

  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided return label to the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
